Sis. Stella Green
The Mother Of Our Church
Sis. Green was born in 1918 and passed on to be with the Lord April 29, 2008. Sis. Green lived one month shy of her 90th birthday. She seldom missed a service and was found faithful in every aspect of Christian dedication.
She was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 13 in 1931. That means she had the Holy Ghost for 77 years! She was the last living founding member of our church which was started in 1948. She was vibrant and full of life and we still miss her desperately.
She is still mentioned regularly in our services and serves as a great inspiration to all who knew her!
